La tortilla de patata en el desayuno de Saucepolis

No es fácil hacer de lo habitual y normal algo distinto y noble.

Nada más común que una tortilla española. Sin embargo la tortilla de patata del Hotel Sauce merece un lugar de preferencia. Los distintos elementos, su textura y punto se conjugan de tal forma que la hacen apetitosa y formidable. Sencillamente especial.

Si además, detrás de ella, descubres la permanemnte sonrisa de Pili, la artista, qué te voy a contar.

Last week we had the pleasure to host at Saucepolis (Hotel Sauce) Kay and Jeroen from Sydney ( Australia).

Kay and Jeroen had planned to stay in Zaragoza only for one day and finally stayed with us for 4 days.
